Hope Blackley

Board Member

Hope Blackley graduated from District Six and holds a BS degree from South Carolina State University. She is actively involved with her program, the Criminal Justice Youth Institute that serves to educate youth in Spartanburg, and is active with the Homeless Period Project, which helps homeless women and young girls with feminine products in Spartanburg.

Ms. Blackley is a single mother of a daughter, Currin Halle, who is a junior in high school. One of Ms. Blackley’s personal joys is giving back to her community and she lives by her personal motto, “Never allow anyone to set limits on your life because you never know who you might encourage by your determination.”
